David grew up in a poor neighborhood in Van Nuys, California with his single mother and younger brother. Despite their financial struggles, they found community through playing baseball, practicing Kenpo Karate, and being part of the early generation of video gamers.
At the ages of 18 and 16, David and his brother had the opportunity to represent the United States at the first Electronic Olympics in South Korea.
After high school, David studied fine arts at Otis College of Fine Arts, Santa Monica College, and UCLA. While in college, he entered the real estate industry and co-founded and invested in tech startups.
He has also managed and worked for several real estate brokerages, including Keller Williams, Sotheby’s, Marcus & Millichap, and Douglas Elliman.
In addition to his professional pursuits, David is a father to four young children and is actively involved in their sports teams and school activities. He is dedicated to making a positive impact in his family and community.
