We’re not waiting. We’re building.

We are the first generation of developers to code side-by-side with artificial intelligence. Not someday. Now. Our tools are alive. Our builds move faster than teams. Our feedback loop is minutes, not quarters.

We’re not here for job titles. We’re here to ship products that work.

We build with agentic AI like Claude Code, Cursor AI, and Deepseek. We prompt in the browser with Claude. We codestream inside VS Code. We document everything in our PROJECT_SETUP_GUIDE.md so the AI never loses the plot. We use what works. We move fast and make real things.

We believe in two modes of AI development: Promptsmithing when we need clarity and structure. Codestreaming when we’re in flow and ready to move fast.

We switch between them with purpose. We start every session with the Vibe Check Prompt to force Claude (or any AI) to review our project’s active task, rules, architecture, schema, and history before writing a single line of code. This isn’t magic—it’s precision. The chaos ends when the context begins.

We don’t debate “real programming.” We build real apps, sites, and systems—sometimes in days. We’re solo founders, indie hackers, and BUIDLers. We test ideas in public. We take feedback. We adapt. We keep going.

We work from coffee shops, garages, bunk beds, and kitchen tables. We’ve built marketplaces, real estate CRMs, creative studios, and AI tools. Some of us learned in bootcamps. Some of us self-taught on YouTube. None of that matters. The only thing that matters is: Did you ship?

We use the 12-File System to keep AI in check. Every file matters: your active task, AI rules, security rules, architecture map, schema, API reference, past decisions, handoffs. This is the secret weapon. This is how you use AI with control.

Without it, the AI flails. With it, the AI becomes your most powerful collaborator.
