I was born and raised in a poor neighborhood of Van Nuys, California by my single mother. I grew up living off of food stamps and taking hour long bus rides to schools in better neighborhoods. By the age of 19 I was buying and selling apartment buildings. I now have a family owned Real Estate brokerage and a Podcast I host on consciousness. I am the father to three, soon to be four, young children. I not only have lived the American dream, I have lived the Californian dream. I remember California's glory days.
